I learned the hard way
As I reflect on my teen years and early 20s, I lived life with a carefree outlook, paying little attention to the food I consumed or the impact it had on my body. Burgers, fries, and sugary treats were regular indulgences, and the word "nutrition" was a foreign concept to me.
...and then it got worse! Until...
I began to realize the consequences of my former approach to health. The realization hit me like a ton of bricks (actually, that was just inflammation) , prompting a deep desire for change.

Fast forward seven years, and here I am, proud to say that I've dedicated myself to learning, testing, and overcoming my old ways. This process has transformed how I view food, stress, and my lifestyle. It hasn't been an easy road, but the rewards have been immeasurable. Today, as I nourish my body with wholesome foods and prioritize self-care, I can confidently say I've embraced a healthier and happier version of myself..
